We visited Herb Chambers today to check out a mid size new SUV. We met Yury Menaker at the door who immediately checked our needs, understood exactly what we are looking for and showed us the available options and also took us for a test drive. He had full knowledge of the product. He patiently answered our questions, provided us the best price on the trade-in car and the new suv. Dealing with any salesperson has always been a dread for me. However,I was fortunate enough to have Tom Kelly sent my way. He was very professional, easy to talk to, very patient and willing to please. I went in there with preapproved financing at a rate that I thought no one was going to be able to beat, however, Tom and your finance person did better than that rate that I thought was such a good deal. Rich Merlino is an excellent salesman! I shopped around multiple dealerships and he by far was the easiet to work with! He removes the common sterotype that dealers are only after your wallet and not interested in what you really want. He did a superior job in listening to my concerns. Not to mention his friendly and geniunie attitude creates a comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend Rich!

This was my first experience in a car dealership and I knew nothing about the process of buying or leasing a car. Tom Kelly was extremely helpful, patient, and efficient during the entire process. He informed me every step of the way and ensured that my experience was seamless and reassuring. All members of the team were very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially Tom Kelly.

Rich did a great job showing my daughter a variety of used cars and taking her on test drives. Rich was not pushy, tried to find out what my daughter liked and did not like so he could show her appropriate cars.
