Norm is by far the best salesperson I have every worked with. I have purchased five hondas now and this was the best experiance I have had to date. I just picked up my new civic from Khoa and I couldn't be happier. I had low expectations because I had a bad experiance the last time I bought a car (from a different dealer. I had been looking for the right CR-V for about four months. I wanted something with low miles and in a certain price range with leather and a sunroof. I had gone to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough early in my search but left with out finding anything I liked. a friend of mine recomded this dealership to me after she had a good exsperience there. i met with rick the same sales person which helped her when she bought her honda. she did a great job and found me a great civic. she also helped me with the payment which was hard for me. i was in and out with a new car.

My husband and I went in to purchase a new Honda Accord. We had been to both Bernardi and Boch and felt that they lied to us about prices and trade-ins. Jim was very up-front and honest and we were able to purchase the vehicle we were interested in with no problems at all. We are both very happy with our vehicle and also with the experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. We will definitely recommend this dealership for service.

Jim went above and beyond helping me with the purchase of my new Ridgeline. He knew the product, wasn't pushy, gave me a good deal on my tacoma I traded in and spent time explaining the truck to my wife. He even delivered the truck to our home after it was registered.

I'm normally not the type to write letters or do surveys but the experience I had at this dealership was so exceptional that when they mentioned the site and asked me to visit it and share my thoughts I decided to. My over all experience with this dealership has been amazing from beginning to end. I received a fair quote from their internet department, scheduled a test drive, and purchased my new Pilot from Matt a week later. There wasn't any back and forth games that you get from a lot of dealers and they were more than fair.
