I purchased a 2010 Honda Ridgeline recently. From start to finish the experience was smooth, hassle free, and I got a great deal. My salepersn went over and abover to ensure I was please with all aspects of the sales process. He went over and above whern I had an issue where I left a SPEEDPASS in the car I traded.... He personnaly went ot fin the traded car and pulled the transponder for me.

I had been researching a 2010 CR-V for several months. I've had 3 other Hondas and don't need to be convinced that these vehicles are the best on the market. My last Honda was a 2004 CR-V. The 2010 CR-V offered so many more features for the EX model compared to the top of the line 2004 EX. So it was a matter of finding the best price. I Loved the whole staff at Herb Chambers Honda Rick was GREAT he really knows how to treat his customers! I talked to Chris over email and he was such a big help. Once I got to Herb Chambers Chris had me talk to Jay. If you are looking for a car Jay is the guy to help you. I met with him on Friday and by Monday night he had me in my new Civic. On his way to work that day he was involved in a car accident. Joe was a great salesman and offered my mother a great deal for a new Honda Accord however she decided to buy her leased Accord as she only had 9,000 miles on it . If I need a new car in the future I will definately look for Joe . Joe showed us several models and explained the differnces and safety features in all models . He was very informative in explaining the differences between leasing and buying and the pros and cons of each

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. The process was quick. The end result was exactly as the sales person had presented. There was not an obnoxious amount of back and forth with 'the manager'. My only complaint - and it's a minor one - is that we had to wait a bit for the finance guy, because he was busy with other customers. Would definitely buy my next car from these folks.

These place is the greatist. I had a few issues with my truck, they went the extra mile to accomidate my needs and get the job done in the time they told me it would be done. There WIFI allowed me to work which was also a great help. I will be looking forward to future services with this dealer. Scott K

I've had 2 very positive experiences at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough - both leasing. Salespeople were honest, respectful of my wants/needs and did not try to talk me into options I did not want. They were not pushy in trying to make the sale immediately, but rather worked with my time-lines and they honored their word. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealer!
