i called and talked to sarah about leasing an accord. i never leased before this is my first lease and Sarah made very easy for me. when i got to herb chambers Sarah indruduced me to jim. who took me out on the test drive and made the process go very smooth.

I called Herb Chambers Honda to ask about a used Accord I saw on their website. Sarah was very friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions thoroughly and even asked me a few so she could understand better what kind of car I was looking for. Even though I wasn't in the market to purchase before the new year, she convinced me to come in and take a look and I'm glad that I did! I highly recommend this dealership, everyone was extraordinarily friendly and helpful and the cars are great too!

My visit to your dealership went very smoothly and the entire experience was pleasant. He took us for a nice long test drive and showed us all the options of the vehicle. Back at the dealership, he explained all the options available and showed us all of the different packages available to us. He helped us to negotiate our trade. Absolutely astounded by the staff at Herb Chambers Honda. No obsticle too difficult to deal with, everything we asked we got answers. We have bought many vehicles but never have we been treated with such concern for our needs, consideration for finacial factors and out of their way treatment on every level. I brought my 2001 Honda civic in because it was making noise when i got there i was greeted in a calm caring way. when they told me they were going to have to keep it for a little while i was worried because i did not have a ride to work. Adam drove me to work and picked me up when my car was finished.

I was hesitant about buying a new car although I just received an inheritance from my late great aunt Theresa.
