I've had 2 very positive experiences at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough - both leasing. Salespeople were honest, respectful of my wants/needs and did not try to talk me into options I did not want. They were not pushy in trying to make the sale immediately, but rather worked with my time-lines and they honored their word. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealer!
I accidentally posted this review on the Herb Chambers Boston location but intended the review to be for the Westborough location. I can't make enough positive comments about my experience working with Rose and the Sales Manager, I believe Jason is his name. They really went above and beyond to meet my vehicle and financing needs. No pressure at all and they were extremely helpful in all aspects.
Having known Greg for several years now and many Honda's later I can honestly say he's a fair and reasonable person. Both Matt & Greg were great to deal with. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new 2010 Honda Pilot Touring 4WD w RES.
After looking at cars online, I found a used accord at Herb Chambers that I wanted to buy. The salesperson I was dealing with was helpful and easy to deal with. He explained everything and not having to go back and forth on a price for hours made purchasing the car easier. I did all the financing through them and took my car home the very next day. The process was simple and there was no confusion on what I was getting for the money I was spending.

I recently brought my car in for a warranty issue. I thought that I would get a hard time by the dealer because I wasn't paying for anything, but quite the opposite. The dvd player was broken in my van, and I am planning a long trip soon with my family. Rich in the service department put my worries at ease. I purchased my '07 Pilot at he end of the lease. due to some mis-communication on Honda's side, things were delayed. Once I let the folks at H.C. Honda know they contacted Honda and got the process rolling again. Once the title arrived, I was provided a loaner car while the Pilot was in the shop being readied for delivery. I was quite pleased with how folks communicated the process and helped me, through it as I don't buy cars that often and always forget parts of it that need to be done... Thanks Guys!!
