bought a new Honda accord, Jay Piva was my salesman and had an outstanding experience. I got the deal I wanted and Jay was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership and the staff any time. I love my new car and the service I recieved at Westborough Honda

We were looking for a car for my daughter and went into herb chambers Honda in westboro. Mark was very helpful and courteous. He made our purchase a pleasant experience even though I hate buying a car. Mark was very knowledgable and got my daughter a great price on a Honda Civic. I highly recommend him and this dealership.

This dealership...simply stated...AMAZING!!!!! Herb Chambers Westborough and our sales person Matt Dency were absolutley excellent. We have leased 2 vehicles from him. Matt is an excellent sales person who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always searching to find what is best for his customers. He is willing to do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. Matt is an assest to Herb Chmbers and is making a new name for car sales people!

I found Herb Chambers Honda in Westboro made buying a used car a great experience for me. My sales person Matt Hermanson was of great help in finding me the car I wanted that was also in my price range. Herb Chambers was very helpful in answering any questions I had since this was my first time financing a car from a dealership. The entire experience with Herb Chamber and my sales person was very relaxed and pleasant.

I was lucky to have the sales rep that i did. Rich Merlino was thorough, efficient, friendly, and funny. He took the pain and annoyance out of searching for a car. He not only answered all of my questions and followed up online and by e-mail, but went above and beyond by researching a couple of issues I had with the car. If there was anything he didn't know, he said so, and found the answers for me. There wasn't any car salesman arrogance that can easily be found in this line of work. I recently bought a 2010 civic. Rose was such a great person...such patience, tact, and knowledge. I was very indecisive and she answered any and every question. She was also very helpful during several test drives over period of days. I think Rose knows that when it's time for the next car, she and I will be spending time together!

We came into the dealership on the last day of a sale. I was working and my wife was doing the heavy legwork with our salesmen, Jesse. The car was for me, and Jesse worked tirelessly to get any signatures he needed from me during the day. When I finally met Jesse, he was friendly and sociable, never pushy. Joe and Rich were very attentive and answered every question I had, even if that meant they had to go ask or research for themselves. These dealers were down to Earth, worked hard to make the deal, and did not make me feel stupid about things I asked. I walked away with a nice car and thank them both for their help!... love my 2009 Toyota Matrix S!!
