Just recently purchased my new civic from Rick Rignanese. Had a great experience pricing on the car was more then fair and Rick took care of everything for me. Overall easiest car buying experience I have had in a long time. I would definately return in the future.

This dealership...simply stated...AMAZING!!!!! Herb Chambers Westborough and our sales person Matt Dency were absolutley excellent. We have leased 2 vehicles from him. Matt is an excellent sales person who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always searching to find what is best for his customers. He is willing to do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. I was lucky to have the sales rep that i did. Rich Merlino was thorough, efficient, friendly, and funny. He took the pain and annoyance out of searching for a car. He not only answered all of my questions and followed up online and by e-mail, but went above and beyond by researching a couple of issues I had with the car. I recently bought a 2010 civic. Rose was such a great person...such patience, tact, and knowledge. I was very indecisive and she answered any and every question. She was also very helpful during several test drives over period of days. I think Rose knows that when it's time for the next car, she and I will be spending time together!
