I Just want to start with saying Andrew is the best! He helped me find a great car! I came into dealership on 04/08/10 knowing I wanted to leave with one that day. The first time my fiancee and I went to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough was to purchase a 2010 Honda Fit Sport. We first met with Tom VanFechtmann the general manger. What a great guy! Tom made us feel very comfortable. Tom introduced us to Jim Sweeney. Jim is very down to earth, friendly, and professional. Overall a good experience. I bought a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid which was listed in their inventory. It took a couple of tries for them to actually get the car on-site, and then several more to coordinate the title. They actually let me buy the car before they had the title in-hand, which was unnerving as I was at the 7 day insurance and inspection limit before all the issues got resolved. I visited Herb Chambers in Westboro to see a new V6 accord coupe and Rick was the salesman that greeted me. Right from the start he was such a knowledgeable and professional salesman; he gave me all the info I needed, let me test drive the right car (the one I ended up buying!) and helped negotiate the best deal for me! I am thrilled with my car and the experience I had with Rick, and recommend him to anyone looking for a Honda!
Andrew was an excellent sales person and helped me through the process. I had not purchased a new vehicle in several years, so he was very helpful in walking me through the process and showing me the new features of my accord. He returned several of my phone calls promptly and with good information.
I enjoyed my experience at Herb Chambers when purchasing my new Pilot. Jim Sweney was very knowledgable and helped me select the the model with the options I needed. I felt that I had Jim's full attention and that I was getting a fair price on the car. I was also happy with the trade-in of my previous car. Jim even called the following week to make sure I was happy and to answer a couple silly questions that I had! I have recommended Herb Chambers to some of my friends and colleagues and told them to ask for Jim!
