I have been bringing my 2007 civic to this dealer for a couple of years now. The service is always above and beyond. Allen always makes sure I am in and out in a timely manner. Also since I work in the area they will bring to and from work so I don't have to wait at the dealer. Recently I have also been considering purchasing a new car and their sales staff is just as professional.

I have been bringing my 2007 civic in for service for a couple of years now and have always had great service. Lately I have had the itch to pick up something different. While in for service Norm, took the time to show me a new CR-V even though I told him I was not in the market. He did not seem to mind. It was a low pressure situation. I am so impressed with the service of my slaes person Matt Dency at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. I had come in to take a look at a 2006 Honda accord last week and the vehicle was not at the dealership. He told me no problem and had the vehicle brought in from another Herb Chambers store the next day. When I got to the dealership the car was outside cleaned and running for me. Buying a vehicle is a very tedious process and I have always been very consciencious about it. It indeed is a huge investment, especially during these hard ecnonomic times, so I really needed to make sure that I was confident of where I was in fact going to deal with. Sometimes I have come across to many sales associates and facilities as intimidating, but this recent experience was very comfortable, and smooth! I would definetly recommend Herb Chambers to anyone interested in making a future vehicle purchase!

vey seldom does a family buy two cars in one week but we just did. gregg called me the other day to make sure i was enjoying the civic i had just picked up. then we started talking about my sons car that was falling apart. fast forward to today and we are picking up a very nice pre owned mazda for my son. he is very excited and so are we. thanks again.

I have been bringing my civic to this dealership for many years. I get top-notch service, the employees are very pleasurable and they always go out of their way to make their customers feel welcome. I will continue using this dealership for all my future service needs and if the time comes I need to purchase another car it will be from Herb Chambers-Westborough!

I have been so happy with the service at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough that I recommend them to all of my friends. Recently my 2008 accord was making a funny noise when I rolled down the window. I brought it in and they took a look at it with out any wait. I was told is was nothing serious and was all set. I was in and out in under a hour with out a charge. I have expected to be there all day so I am pleased that they do a good job quickly.

i called and talked to sarah about leasing an accord. i never leased before this is my first lease and Sarah made very easy for me. when i got to herb chambers Sarah indruduced me to jim. who took me out on the test drive and made the process go very smooth.
