I just got my GLE350 4MATIC! I definitely had an amazing experience as a first time customer. My situation was pleasantly unique. I first purchased the GLC 300 and found out this was a bit small to my standard after 48 hours. (thanks God , it all happened on a Saturday). Ash is very attentive, he took time to walked/re-walked me through the entire process, took good care of everything in a professional manner, more importantly, he remained very calm when exposed to my unique situation. Very nice dealership, of course service is expensive, but I was given options on certain items that were not related to safety. Appreciated the loaner.
