I always have a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Boston. This is by far the best car dealership in the Boston area. Their service department is exceptional and especially my service advisor Albert is a great professional and trustworthy person. I went in for service on my GLE and the quality of service was excellent and it didn’t take long at all. I will keep recommending my friends and family to come here for service and sales.

They came and picked up my car at my house. Performed all services within the stated time. Dropped my car back off at my house. Talk about service, this is it!!!

Stopped by this week to perform factory maintenance on my car and was assisted by Schneider and the service department team. He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, performed a vehicle walk-around with me before intake into service and found that my wiper blades were already EOL on brand new/low mileage vehicle. He made it a point to have this replaced on the work order. Overall service experience was prompt and seamless.
