Service was requested following an MVA and within 3 days it was completed. The call was made on 08/02/2025 (a Saturday!) The left side mirror was ordered and installed on 08/06/25. You cannot beat that! Kudos to the parts department team and the Service Consultant (who by the way, was a late participant in the process.) I am truly appreciative. The dealership is too far from my home, otherwise, I would switch right away! Thank you Mercedes Benz of Boston at Somerville!

Ask for Ryan! He’s attentive, communicative, transparent, trustworthy, HONEST and very helpful every single time I need service for my car (which has been a lot more than I would have liked in the past year) but because of him I won’t bring my car anywhere else even if that means I have to wait for availability. Zac is wonderful and I have my strongest recommendation for him! More than just a car dealer, he felt like your best friend around you that you always go to for car advice/help. Zac was warm, extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful, and meticulously answered all of my many questions with care and detail.
