Good deal for a great car I purchased two brand new cars with Thanh and I can't say enough good things about him and the dealership. My most recent experience was the best so far. I just dropped of my car for service and decided to speak to Thanh about the new models and test drive one of them. I ended up with a great deal and purchased a car. It took no time at all to do the paperwork and the quality was exceptional. Thanh will help you with anything you need whether its sales, service or a friendly advice.

Keith is a gem! We just bought our second Mercedes with Keith. As was our experience last time, he was the consummate gentleman -- infinitely patient with our questions, great sense of humor, knowledgeable about all the details of the car and the options. If you are going to go buy a Mercedes anytime soon, go to Somerville and ask for Keith. Tell him Alexandra and Evelynn sent you. We guarantee you will get a smile out of him!

A great car and a great dealership I have dealt with Mercedes-Benz of Boston for many years. Over the years I bought 3 cars from them. One was a new Mercedes and two were pre-owned. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Randy Grassi is the latest sales consultant to help me and he made the whole experience very smooth and pleasant. I also like their service department. It is easy to get an appointment and they always provide a loaner car for free. they always did good work as I never had any problems.

Newly design 2015 C300 I recently returned my older C300 and was a bit indecisive about what I should go with next; I was trying to decide between the C300/ML350, but in the end ended up with the C300. My only disappointment is that they didn't have it in RED (I'm an addict for the color RED), but I got a great deal and am very happy with the color that I chose. Dennis is my sales guy and has been very helpful, he answered all my questions and got me a great deal. I look forward to doing business with him in the future ;-).

The best sales experience I've ever had in a dealership!! Paolo made the buying experience actually enjoyable. He is friendly and takes the time to explain details addressing any of our questions. He knew all the details about the GLK we were looking at and spent the time to show us all the functions. When it came time to deliver the vehicle, Paolo drove through a blizzard to deliver the vehicle to us. He then took additional time to show us all the features of our new car again. GLK 2015 Jasmine or "jass" was the consummate professional - He was patient, responsive, took time to appreciate our needs and then pulled a rabbit of a hat! 2015 C300 - Great Job! I just returned my 2012 C300 lease for the newly redesigned C300. The team of Jasmin, Chadi, Tanja, and AJ (Finance) exceeded my expectations and got me an outstanding deal. Great Experience I had a very positive experience with Georgina Stavropoulos. She was very pleasant during our entire purchasing experience and she was professional and patient in our "training session" with the navigation and bluetooth and other features on my new GLK 250. I enjoyed the big reveal of the car and Georgina took photos of the event. I would certainly return to her and to the dealership if I ever want another vehicle.
