Dealing with the best!!! Mercedes is the best if the best but Sales Associate are what makes you come back. I recently got a new GLA and it was a great experience. We were in a difficult position to put a lot of money into our older R class or get into something different. Time was of the essence and our Sales Associate Alex Fine was incredible. Best of the best I had the pleasure of working with Alex Fine in sales, (and Fred Abban for the pickup/walk-through) and I have to say, this is how a dealership should work. Completely professional, made me feel like my time was valuable, and worked to give me the best deal possible. Great experience with Mike Daly at Mercedes This is a 5 star dealership. All the amenities you expect, service, and hassle free shopping. I had no intention of buying any car, I found some models I liked, and we made a deal quickly and easily. They had pretty good financing -almost as good as my credit union, which was surprising. The car is ready to go when you take delivery, full tank, washed, and inspected. Thank you!

Best car dealer in town! After having looked into many dealers in the MA area, MB of Boston is definitely the best in terms of inventory, service, and prices. No hassle easy experience After extensive searching online I came to Mercedes of Boston for a GMC Yukon they had for sale. Mike Daly made us feel very comfortable and at ease. We had no choice but to bring our 9 month old with us to car shop and Mike was very accommodating and understanding. He even gave us lunch as we were finishing our paperwork. I highly recommend him and the dealership itself because of our smooth experience.

Chip McCarty is great!! I have been working with Chip McCarty for a number of years. He is the consummate professional and I will gladly continue to work with him. My family has purchased/leased a number of cars through Chambers in Somerville, MA. My personal experience has been with Chip and he is the best!!
