A Great Sales Professional - Georgina Stavropoulos We had been looking at the Mercedes GLK for 2015 after driving the 2010 Model .My wife loves the vehicle .After a call to sales we booked an appointment with Georgina Stavropoulis .Our plan was to trade-in the 2010 but we were also considering moving to a 2015 model for our other vehicle .We met Georgina , test drove the new car , had our 2010 appraised and left with a positive experience . Its all about Keith I went to Mercedes Benz during a snowstorm as I have learned it is best to test drive under such conditions. I was not dressed for Mercedes. Keith was the most welcoming, knowledgable friendly, and attentive sales person. I test drove on Saturday during a small snow storm and returned on Monday at the start of the Blizzard of 2015 to pick up my car. First Class Service I found my experience with Keith Robinson to be top notch. I had originally purchased a Mercedes at another dealership, but was recommended to Herb Chambers, where I met Keith. Smooth experience and got precisely what I was looking for. I initially dealt with Alex looking at the GLK Bluetec. Took a test drive and very much liked what I found but timing wasn't right. Alex appropriately kept in touch - no pressure. but kept me in he loop.
