I was recently in the market for a used Mazda CX-9 and happened to find one online at the Mercedes Benz of Boston website. I have never bought a new car before and after going to about 10 dealerships I decedided to buy a mercedes.because of the sales person Gina not only was she professional and knowledgeable she was a person you could trust. Gina is a person that takes her time with you explains the whole process. After meeting 10 other dealership people Gina made them all look like they had no idea. Great experience! My wife and I weren't exactly sure what we wanted. Paolo did a great job explaining features to us thoroughly the CLA and the C300 we looked at; test drove too of course. It ended up we weren't too excited about the sedans pretty similar to my IS 250. We then saw a preowned mini cooper S parking at the corner and my wife just felt into the look of it. Bo was really helpful for our family leading us to find the right car we want,2011ML350.She is very suggestive to give us a better idea about the color match, style and function of car which fits our need.
