This was a second lease through Mercedes-Benz of Boston, and we had the good fortune to work with Gina Julian, who was responsive and accommodating during the entire process. She was able to secure a car in the color we wanted, and with the option packages we were after; she also went the extra mile when she came to pick up the car and get it inspected -- stopping by our office to drop off the key afterward. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and Gina made it all the more so.

We came to the dealership to see a used Chevrolet Suburban. While we did not end up buying the car Georgina was a consummate professional throughout our dealings. Having had interactions with many car dealers in the past, I was very pleased with this experience.

Wow. I had heard that customer experiences at a Mercedes dealership were above average, but I had no idea how good it would be until I bought a Mercedes this week at Herb's dealership in Boston. We were just starting to look for a replacement for our S2000 Honda roadster and were initially interested in a late model SLK.
