I went in looking at the new C class. While Sean was very friendly, informative and helpful his sales manager Chris was the one who left me with a bad feeling for the dealership. Sean had been going over numbers with me and then when he came back from one of the visits to the office another gentleman was with him. While this man came back with very thorough printouts of price breakdowns and options he never introduced himself to me (I found his name and title on the printouts when I got home). I have purchased 6 cars from this dealership all from Dennis. The professional way I was treated was exceptional. I have received several calls from Dennis post sale to make sure all of the cars I purchased were operating the way they were supposed to. He has provided great customer service any time I have been to the dealership for any service, all normal, that I have needed. We felt the your dealership gave us the best deal without the "BS" which seems to be standard in automotive purchasing today.
