I got to Mercedes-Benz of Boston and was immediately greeted by Ed Brown who introduced me to Georgina Stavropoulos. I was blown away with the outstanding customer service I received. It didn't take long before Georgina and myself were reviewing cars and she was answering every question I had. I worked with Georgina in leasing a new Mercedes (I have been a long time BMW driver) and she convinced me to try out Mercedes, and the decision has been great so far. She was very helpful and when she changed her workplace to Boston (Somerville) I was very glad because it's closer to me and now I have a trustworthy and helpful dealer for all my needs.

Mercedes Benz of Boston in Somerville is excellent! My sales agent Keith Robinson was excellent with my overall experience from selecting a car and keeping my in the loop during my purchase process. Im excited to be the owner of a new car and would recommend anyone to the Mercedes Benz of Somerville dealership. Keith was aboved and beyond!!!!

Terrific experience. Great car and personal attention. Wonderful ride and unbelievable traction. Love my preowned Mercedes E350 All Wheel Drive! Great dealer that stayed involved. Would recommend the Dealer and Georgina highly.

I leased a C300 from Mercedes-Benz of Boston in May 2011 and have absolutely no regrets! Jen was amazing in helping me find the vehicle that was right for me, and the C300 has exactly the style and class I was looking for. She was a pleasure to work with, and helped me choose the features and package that fit me best. Georgia was so nice and professional during this sale. She went the extra mile to follow up with phone calls to make sure everything was ok with the vehicle after I got it home. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Boston and ask for Georgia! You will have a vehicle in no time!

This was our 1st experience with a Herb Chambers dealer! And recently purchased a pre owned Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Boston. Although this was not our 1st Mercedes Benz we've owned, Our 1st Benz was a 1998 E-320 4-matic that was 2 years old when we purchased it from a private party and we are still driving it with 240K miles on it.... We dealt with Georgia when shopping for a GLK. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She came to our house to pick us up for a test drive, which was extremely convenient. We were then able to take a long test drive. She was not pushy and followed up with us at appropriate intervals after the test drive. I'd recommend working with her.
