From the moment I stepped into the showroom until the time I selected my next vehicle, I had incredible attention and service from my sales rep Georgina. She walked me through each and every accessory the GLK350 had to offer. She is extremely knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. If you plan on buying a vehicle from Herb Chambers, I highly recommend Georgina.
Over the last few years I have purchased 6 or 7 vehicles from Mercedes Benz of Boston, including two automobiles last month. I have worked with MB Sales Associate Rob Tinkham. Jen makes leasing a new car such a pleasurable experience! Her attention to detail is exceptional. She did all the work! The entire staff, leasing agent and the girl who reviewed other features with me were very professional. This dealership aims to please and that is why I continue to be loyal to Herb Chambers in Somerville.

I was initialy concerned about afordability. I also thought I would have to deal with a pretentious bunch of sales people. I coundn't have been more wrong. Jeff Davis was highly recomended to me and Im grateful I had a chance to meet and work with him. He and his staff were great I truly felt comfortable. In 1999, I bought my first car from Chambers Honda in Burlington. I was able to purchase the car exactly as advertised - no hidden costs. In 2003, I bought a brand new Mercedes from Chambers in Lynnfield. The sales person was excellent. Earlier this month, I purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes at Chambers in Somerville. Mark, the sales person, is professional, knowledgeable, and patient.
