I leased a 2013 C300 5 months ago and I wanted to share with you how well I was treated by Maged. His knowledge and presentation of the product was very impressive and is the whole reason I leased a Mercedes, not the Audi A4 which I was also considering. I am already passing his name around to friends and family. Chadi, the sales manager, was very friendly and very honest as well. Keep these two for as long as you can.

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our vehicle to accommodate our expanding family. Jeff was extremely helpful and patient with us (and our very active 16 month old) during the whole process. The car that got us to the dealership had been sold earlier in the day. We looked at about 10-12 GLs and MLs that were in stock. We dominated his time for the better part of 3 hours and he was great. We recently leased a GL450 with Gina. It was our first Mercedes and Gina was terrific. She was extremely pleasant and informative, and made the car buying experience painless and, indeed, enjoyable. Gina answered all our questions patiently and was always prompt to respond to emails and voicemails. We would happily go to Gina again next time we need a new car.

Best experience ever, very professional, extremely knowledgelabe, great service. The car was spotless, very clean as promised. Sales consultant was very helpfull and be knew all about the car and took his time to explain hoe safely operate my new car.

We have given this dealership a perfect rating because of the exceptional customer service we have received. This is our second experience buying a new Mercedes from this dealer. Both times we have had the same sales person, Thomas Parker. I can't say enough about Thomas, he goes above and beyond! We appreciated him so much the first time, we drove down again from Southern NH to purchase from him again. Georgina was so patient in working with me to find the exact car I was looking for. She was never pushy and always ready to answer any questions I had. If she didn't know the answer she was honest and would say so as she would next ask her direct supervisor. This to me was a sign of an honest caring person. Even after purchasing my new car and to this day, Georgina always calls me back with to answer any questions I have. She has a passion for her job and working with people and its evident when you deal with her.
