Their costumer service and professionalism is a fluke I bought a pre owned 2016 CLA 250 8 months ago. I never had a good experience at that dealership. Great car, I love it. However, I regret buying my Mercedes at that location because of their costumer service and service in general. In my opinion, their professionalism was not what I thought it would be. Chat was super rude!He spoke to me as if I were a 10-year-old. I’m not sure how he gets anyone to purchase a car. I feel bad for his Frontline sales person because I was here by a car

Typical salesman promised me he would hold car for me until the title came in. But he did not honor his word. The car was sold to someone else while I was waiting for the title to come in.

Horrible experience with this dealer. Incredibly poor follow up from the Sales Team. Items that should have been easy to get ( CPO Proof, Warranty Information, Owners Manual) on my purchased Mercedes were difficult and late to get. I honestly am not sure the car was actually and Pre Certified vehicle. I paid for it but based upon my experience I am feel I got taken by this dealer. I purchhased a preowned 2019 Porsche Targa 4S for Mercedes Benz of Boston, part of the Herb Chambers group. While my initial experience was exceptional, the follow up and follow thru is appalling. Rob Tinkham, salesperson was very helpful. I purchased my car, sight unseen, as travel from Florida to Boston would be very challenging due to Coronavirus. Cautious for Fraud!!!! When I bought the brand new Mercedes, they told me they didn't have the spare key in stock, and they were going to mail the second key to me. I trusted them. However, I never received the spare key. They told me they have already mailed it out but when I asked for a tracking number they never provided it to me. After 9 months of purchasing the vehicle, I still didn't receive the second key, which is required by law when you purchased a car. Handicap Accessible Vans Within the last few years it appears that Mercedes has attempted to produce an affordable wheelchair accessible van. I found the sales literature provided was inadequate in my search. Your Metris literature was aimed primarily at cargo vehicle customers. You need proper literature specificity highlighting wheelchair access conversion. Don’t be afraid to provide approximate costs of conversion to comply with state passenger safety guidelines. Worst Experience Do not go here! I was interested in leasing a new Gla250. The sales rep did call me back; the finance manager Chris, never did. Bad experience. I purchased a Mercedes elsewhere. They don't care about repeat business.

Absolutely the Worst Customer Service!! I cannot express how awful this dealership is with it's customers! From our sales associate to finance, we cannot be more disappointed. We leased a 2016 C300 and traded in our Saab back in December 2015. When we went to drive our newly 1 time cash pay leased vehicle, we realized the sales associate, Jerry put our old unregistered plates from our former vehicle on the car.
