My car was dropped off at 7:30am and at 2:30 when I called it hadn’t even been looked at yet, then when I called again the did a rush diagnosis

They sold a car to another buyer after I signed the sales agreement. Cheesy, underhanded, unprofessional move.

They don’t take care of you if they think you’re not rich. Had to wait 30 minutes for an appointment when there were no other customers at the time. Staff is generally unprofessional and I had to ask my way to have someone check me in for my appointment, wait for a representative, purchase parts and even wrapping up my experience there, I felt ignored and unassisted during my whole experience, would not go back.

The service adviser was really , really bad.Terrible experience, no communication, slow and incompetent service. Waited 3 days for diagnostic, much better going to the greasy guys on any gas station.

Terrible!! One day after your service department serviced my 2017 E300 ALL 4 of my tires needed air, means I one checked the tires, Sloppy

I live in Virginia, and I contacted this dealership to purchase a 2019 e300. I was directed to a sales manager and it was very clear from the beginning that he was not interested in selling to an out of state buyer. In fact, he said that stock was moving so fast that he was reluctant to sell to any out of state buyers unless it was a cash-only purchase. The general manager is an extremely arrogant, rude and condescending person and I would NOT recommend him. He is very disrespectful on the phone. I will never buy a car from herb chambers or advise anyone to do so as long as he is the general manager. I understand that this may not change anything but I felt like I should warn anyone who is reading these reviews. He is the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with.
