Horrible service. Somehow they always claim to be doing free to my car when my insurance or I have paid thousands of $ to get the car issues fixed. Same issue again. I walked out of the dealer this time around and took my car for service at Mercedes Benz of Hanover. They always want to run unnecessary diagnoses to the car for issues they have created. Horrible sales service advisor and horrible dealer.

Despite the bad representation that I have heard throughout the years about Mercedes this has been what I have been looking forward to. Schneider in service and the wonderful workers that accompany his team have educated and filled me in on things that may easily get overlooked. It would be nice to lie and say I have enough money to keep up with the car but I am not where I need to be.
