It was difficult and exceedingly long to secure the necessary parts to perform the service but I received regular updates while waiting. . Once secured, the service was performed well and my vehicle is now in good working order.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with MB of Boston. Both the sales and service advisors are knowledgeable, courteous and willing to work with their clients in the interest of reaching a good solution. In my particular case, maintenance service, the offered flexibility to customize such service to a particular situation is valuable to me. Things that I don’t like so much: wait times for walk-ins consultations and, of course, the cost of certain service tasks…
