Dropped off our Sprinter van on Wednesday with the rear Air Condtioning blowing hot air. Picked it up the next day blowing a chilly 65 degrees, just in time for summer. So happy with how this experience went. Erika in the service department was outstanding. She answered all my questions and contacted me as soon as the problem was diagnosed. The parts required to fix the problem were in stock so there was no extra wait time. First time servicing the Sprinter at this location.
