My experience was great. Patrick was very attentive to my every need and he kept me informed of everything that was going on with my purchase.
Don has been working with me for several years to find the right car for me. My demands have not be easy to meet : 40+ mpg ,diesel engine, and a car that is enjoyable to drive and ride in. Mercedes final delivered the car that meet my demands - 2014 E250. Don got the car as soon as possible - I suspect that I was one of the first to get this model in the USA. This dealership was great. We went into the dealership just to look at the car and to test drive it. We had no plans of purchasing at the time. Both Scott and Sean were very friendly and helpful. Sean ended up helping us to purchase the car. He explained everything in detail and was very courteous. He helped us negotiate the price of the car with his manager. The dealership accepted the price we asked for and the buying was very easy afterwards. It is very good to do business with professional people like this.
Darrin Cline quickly understood our wishes. Our first choice car option did not work out, but he called back two days later with another option that exactly fit our requirements. He was eager to sell us a car we liked without being pushy. And he handled our need for perfection quite well. Overall an enjoyable experience. We also enjoyed our contacts with the finance manager and assistant sales manager. They appreciated the business as well as the customer.
Our overall experience was great! In particular was the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of our salesperson Phillip Edwards. Everone we dealt with was great with the same attributes as Phillip.

Lance was great! My only not so good experience was that when I arrived at least 4 Salespeople walked by and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. A sale was almost lost that day. I guess I didn't look like I could afford a Mercedes. Thankfully, I was assigned to Lance. He made the difference.
Excellent service from the entire staff and wonderful follow up as well. The facilities are fantastic and the customer services is great. I look forward to being a longterm customer.
