I've purchased two pre-owned vehicles (both from Steve Wickham) and I'm sure I'll be back. They always have the brands that are right in my 'wheelhouse' no pun intended. I like higher end foreign brands with lots of upgrades. Steve takes great care to put you in the right vehicle. This time there was a problem with the bank that took my loan. I called Mario Freeman who handled my financing at the dealership and he got the issue resolved immediately. Thanks guys!

Absolutely wonderful buying experience from start to finish--so smooth. Corey Bedford was so knowledgeable and practically answered all questions before they were even asked. Everything about this purchase was first-class: very fair trade-in value and good sales price on the 2014 E-350 as well as being "treated like royalty." Definitely we'll go back to Corey and Park Place before too long for our next vehicle--wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!

Kevin is what you expect from a Park Place sales rep. He placed all offers available and when a final decision needed to confirmed, he brought in the correct resources and the deal was done. There was never a pressure placed on me. After the sale, all the little things that were promised were followed up and delivered. If you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, ask for Kevin... you will not be disappointed...

I enjoyed the purchase of my new car with Don at the Mercedes dealaership in Grapevine. Usually buying a care is not on the top of the list in enjoyable experiences. As experienced in the past.
