We have gone to Don for over 8 years. He is knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and helps to guide you into the best solution. This particular car we bought without seeing it after simply talking to Don on the phone. Again we have such a trust level that when we drove it it was exactly what he described and I would buy from him again any time and will. I highly recommend him and the experience at Park Place in general is high quality.

Froming picking out the car and delivery to my driveway all aspects were carried out in a friendly and professional manner. They even did little things like program the garage door opener. In total I would highely recommend this dealership and this sales team

Just a terrific experience thanks to Lance. The quick, thorough, detailed service we all dream about together with knowing exactly not to be too pushy or sales driven. Can't recommend Lance more highly. This is the 10th or 11th Mercedes I've purchased from a Park Place dealership and he really helps contribute to the dealerships' overall reputation and service.

I was looking for a gently used almost new SL550 and I found, via Autotrader, that they had one. I made contact with Scott who was very helpful and arranged a test drive. They were ready for me, the car was outside the showroom and off we went for a test drive. I liked the car and there was absolutely no pressure to buy it. This is my second vehicle purchased from Park Place and I am still pleased. I made a remote purchase and my experience was great. Mr. Kowalsky answered all my questions and made sure to follow up after the purchase. It is still early in the process but I am confident my salesman will continue to be there for me. GREAT JOB!!!
