Contined until it's right Bought a truck sight unseen and had it shipped. Had the car in two days (amazing), but there were a few issues about the condition. However, the staff didn't rest until everything was right. I"m very pleased with their follow-through!i

Excellent service; no complaints, no regrets. I came to Mercedez Park Place in February 26th, 2014,to work on my 2010 GLK bought from Lexus Park Place in January 2014 that has been giving me several problems since I bought it. New Vehicle Purchase My wife and I were very impressed with the Grapevine facility as it was our first visit. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The reason we went to Grapevine was our sales consultant, Darryl Muldrow. We have worked with Darryl for over 6 years. Darryl has always given us the opportunity to make the right choices we have made through customer service, value and always taking his time as if we were the only customer in the dealership.
