I must say Darrin delivered exactly as I requested. I came to the dealership for my A service on my 2009 C300 and left with a 2013 C250. Darrin called me the day before my appointment to request some time to show me vehicles and made a subsequent call to me after my arrival at the dealership unaware that I was there. Doug was great. I used the USAA car buying service and had pre-selected the model, color, etc. Doug found the car and had it ready when I came in. One test drive later and we were filling out the paperwork. Process was very easy, no surprises and a very fair price. Can't complain!
