The dealership is very friendly without high pressure sales tactics and had enjoyed working with the sales department and had always enjoyed working with the service department in the past thirty years that I had owned Mercedes.

Doug Prince is an amazing sales person in that he made buying my dream car so effortless! He was very accommodating and informative, which was completely different from another Park Place I went to before Park Place in Grapevine. I shall definitely return to Doug and Park Place Grapevine for my future car purchases.

Park Place Mercedes Midcities has been my dealership of choice for 6 years. In this timeframe, I have worked with Marty Marshall to complete the purchase of 4 vehicles for my family. My experience is always professional and courteous. Park Place provides excellent service and my service advisor Debbie is great. Grapevine Park Place and Darryl Muldrow were both amazing to work with! They were more than honest and fair. Darryl was a zero pressure salesman- he made it very clear he just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. This was my first new car purchase and they were incredibly helpful and patient with me. I believe I got a very fair price on my car. Our experience was perfect in every way. I found the vehicle I was interested in on the website. It was well-presented and very easy to navigate. I spoke to Steve Wickham, told him about my trade-in and we made a great deal, very quickly. We drove in from Midland, saw the vehicle in person and there were absolutely no surprises. Very easy transaction with Steve and with Mario.

Chad went above and beyond. I have never seen a dealer with such enthused to please us. I highly recommend him to friends and family. I have never seen or met a dealer that cares and show that he cares. He will always be a part of us.

I left most categories with a ratings above as "N/A" because I only spent 2 mins in the dealership and had a bad experience with the one of the salesmans and not the dealership as a whole. I had Ron McBride as my salesman and he did an awful job as a salesman. I asked him about the CLA and he answered "We don't have any. We're all sold out" (though TWO other employees later confirmed that there were 2 available.) I kept probing to ask if there was a demo available and he responded "No, don't even have that".
