In the past I have been a loyal customer of Sewell but for our most recent car purchase we decided on a Mercedes this time around. With my crazy work schedule, I had a hard time trying to purchase the car. But Patrick Alcorn, was so helpful and understanding to the time constraints. We worked all the paperwork out through email and everything was done in no time. He was a pleasure to work with and I hope to purchase another vehicle from Park Place, with Patrick's assistance of course. I would definitely recommend Park Place to my friends and family.

Hats off to Park Place Motors and Scott (Rhett too). My experience was without a doubt the easiest purchase I have EVER made. After test driving the ML350 I was hooked and the transaction from trade in to receiving my new vehicle was less than 48hrs with NO PRESSURE. At Park Place Grapevine, I found the vehicle that well suited my personal taste and transportation need. Phillip Edwards proved to be a knowledgeable sales consultant, very pleasant, and personable. I wanted to surprise my wife on our anniversary with a new car. The timing was going to be tricky because I wanted the new CLA 250 to be parked in the same spot at the train depot that her previous car was when she got off the train from work. This was the second time I have dealt with Corey Bedford when buying a new Mercedes Benz. He worked hard to ensure I got the best deal on a 2014 E350 Coupe. He is highly responsive and will return emails and text messages (my preferred methods of contact) quickly and even after normal business hours. If you want the best deal and someone who cares about you individual needs this is the man to work with.
