First off, this is the largest Mercedes dealership that I have ever seen (and I have seen many). They have room for just about every color and model, so it was great to see so many options. Scott was so helpful in this helping me locate my perfect car, as I was unsure about the various silver/grey colors as well as purchasing a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. The Park Place Mercedes Dealership in Grapevine is beautiful and inviting.We felt very comfortable and were impressed with our Sales Consultant Kevin Bullard. I have dealt with Subaru for 3 years but my experience during the process of shopping for a new car and coming Mercedes benz and meeting Mr Shola indicates high level of professionalism. I came for something else but I end up having the best car with good value. Thnaks for his expert advice and judgement

My wife and I went in with intention of getting the wife a car and we ended up with one for both of us. They were extremely accommodating as we visited the dealership on a Labor Day with a skeleton crew there. Definitely the nicest dealership and treatment I have ever received! Between Mr. Michener and Mr. Kim this buying experience could not have been any better. Mr. Kim went out of his way in finding the right car for the right price and even met me at the Grapevine dealership even though he is from the Fort Worth dealership. Mr. Michener also went out of his way to get me into the car I wanted and for a price that I could afford.
