John Baskin is a excellent sales man and he was very helpful and respect the customer I went to all Mercedes dealership in Dallas Fort worth but I never get treatment like ParkPlace Grapevine wonderfull

Started process with Doug online. I wound up with a new 2014 E350 for the price they were asking for used ones due to a deal with USAA. Very good experience, this is the second car we have purchased from Doug at Park Place,

This was the second car purchased from Park Place,and its was a great experience,as was the first.My wife I both found Johnathan Kowalsky(sales) and Matt McPherson(Mgr) to be very friendly and professional,which made the process,of purchasing very easy. Despite a career move that took us to another state, we made it a point to return to this dealership and work with Don Vaughan once again. We have purchased two previous vehicles from Don and were very pleased with our experiences. Simply stated, Don is the very best car sales associate we have worked with. I visited a few other dealerships and spent wasted time with the sales representatives who showed me vehicles I was not interested, vehicles out of the price range I informed them I wanted to be in as well as vehicles that did not come with my "must have" items. I spoke with Mani over the phone and I was hopeful from the beginning, he asked questions that others did not ask, most importantly he listened to what I wanted. Great experience! I had to come from out of town and by far exceeds the experience I've had with dealerships from my hometown. Mani was courteous and very helpful!
