We were met with an exceptional sales team at Park Place Mercedes-Bens Grapevine. Our salesman, Darrin Cline, bent over backwards to find my wife exactly what she wanted. My wife did not make it easy and was very picky. Darrin was very professional and determined to get the right car for my wife. I would highly recommend Grapevine Mercedes and ask for Darrin for an exceptional car buying experience.

When we got to the dealership we were looking for Pre-Owned certified ML350. Darrin greeted us and by asking the right questions he took us to see one of the ML350 on the lot. After riding the car and reviewing all its features, we did not have to look anymore as this was exactly the car we wanted. The price was not exactly right but after having some negotiations we agreed on the price and we were happy with the transaction. This is the third MB I have purchased from Russ at Park Place, We came all the way from Jackson, MS to get this latest one, an ML 550 that Russ found specifically to meet all of my wife's requirements. Darrin was very friendly and service oriented during the sale. His follow up after the sale was what really set him apart though. I would recommend Darrin if you are looking for a new vehicle.

I'm a regular customer and this is my fifth car from park place in 13 years and the buying experience keeps getting better and better the processes was easy and fast. I really enjoy the fact that when I go back 2 or 3 years later to get a new car I still see the same people around .

I have been a long time customer of Park Place Motors for Lexus and Mercedes. Over the years lots of different sales people come and go. It feels comforting to find and buy from the same salesperson for the last few years. Scott Najjar does a great job to put me in a car I Iike and knowing that he is not a one time deal salesperson.........Keep selling Scott!

Without going into specific detail, Park Place Mercedes (specifically the Grapevine Location) and Darryl Muldrow are TOP NOTCH. They made my family's car purchasing experience pleasant and easy while being completely professional. I know I'll be buying another Mercedes Benz in the future and my first and likely only stop will be Park Place Mercedes - Grapevine.
