John was approachable and took time to find answers for our questions/concerns as well as guided us in the right direction throughout the buying process.
We were just browsing in the DFW area, as we live about 110 miles north. We had a few cars and dealerships in mind, but just stopped at Park Place to look at a Mercedes. We ended up only going to one other dealer, then returning immediately. Scott was great, no pressure sales and made our first Mercedes buy an awesome experience.
I brought my 2005 MB in for service and ended up buying a new car. Darrin Kline made the experience pleasurable. He was friendly and informative and answered all my questions. He was able to negotiate a fair price for both the trade in and the purchase. We need more honest sales people like him. Thanks to the folks at Park Place, I am now driving my dream car.
It was great experience. Darryl was very friendly and transparent with his approach, always explained the situation and answered by questions patiently with a practical example.
