A family friend referred me to Jason. I had been looking at trading in my Santa Fe for a GLK. Jason was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. As a first time car buyer I didn't know what to expect. The whole process took only a week. Everyone I worked with made it possible for a 1st time car buyer like me to get the car I wanted. The whole process was stress free. I would refer anyone looking for a Mercedes to go see Jason.

I had a difficult trade with a lot of negative equity. My goal was to get into a newer car with a lower payment. I initially thought I could only save about 200/month on my auto expenses with other vehicles at other dealerships. I went to Park Place and specifically to Phillip Edwards after my boyfriend had a great experience purchasing his car at Park Place Grapevine. Phillip is a consummate professional and works hard to make sure that you are happy and treated well. Pretty amazing customer focused experience when I compare a parallel experience with Westway Ford that occurred at the same time as this negotiation. Corey lead the Park Place Motor Car negotiation via the internet and was very easy and fast. At the same time my face to face negottation at the Ford dealership that took in excess of 12 hours over 3 separate visits before I walked away.
