This is my third purchase of a vehicle from Park Place, and once again they made me feel totally comfortable with my car buying experience. I found the automobile on Park Place Motorcars website and clicked on "quick response" within minutes we received a call from Steven Wickham. He was friendly and helpful. He was honest with me and told me that the vehicle I was inquiring about he had an appointment for the next day. So we agreed that we would talk on Friday. My experinece at Park Place Grapevine was above and beyond my expectations of a car ealership. If it was not for Jason Palmer, I would not be driving the car today. Jason was very patient with me, worked with my schedule and, went to great lengths to get me the best deal possible for the car that I wanted. I must say that Jason will definitely get repeat business from me, and I will tell anyone I know where to go to get an amazing car from an amazing sales person.

My husband and I went through the USAA car buying service. It directed us to Doug Prince. He was excellent! Very down to earth, knowledgable about the car we wanted and helpful with financing. He and Charles spent a lot of time with me going over the car and explaining how everything works. The dealership is beautiful! My kids loved the drink station and the big screen TV. The overall experience was excellent!

People have asked why we traveled from Arkansas to Texas to purchase this car. We were intrigued by your easy to use website and the selection. We only anticipated "browsing" but were won over by Steve Wickham. He exhibits the best in salesmanship, courteous, knowledgable and professional. Our circumstances required a "trade out" of my vehicle and Steve was extremely accomodating. He bent over backwards to make sure our transaction was perfect. We will be buying our next vehicle from him.
