My wife and I had a great buying experience at Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine. Jason Palmer our salesman was absolutely great. All the other people we met there were friendly and helpful. I was extremely satisfied with the price we paid for the new car. My wife is loving her new convertible. I highly recommend Park Place Mercedes if you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes. I will return there when I am in the market for a new car again.

Russ made the entire buying experience again this year so easy for us. He always makes it happen on our time line. It was great. I also appreciated Jeff Scott and all he did to complete the sale.

Doug Prince was great to work with. This process took about 2 weeks and he was very responsive during the entire time even calling me on a Sunday when requested. He only showed us what we were interested in. Very professional. When we got ready to sign the papers, Mario did a great job in getting us the best deal possible even suggesting a different alternative that saved us thousands. Overall service was good. Timeliness was good. The only thing was the car had scratches on it, however was able to get a new car the next day.

From the people to the facilities this is a first class organization. They are a pleasure to do business with. In particular, Mani Yassan, provided the type of service and expertise that I would classify as "elite" and definitely matched the quality of the Mercedes S550 that I purchased from him.

My wife and I brought our 2004 ML500 in for service and I went to the showroom to kill some time and look at the new vehicles.
