WE HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH RUSS IN THE PAST AND WITH THIS NEW CAR. HE CALLED US A FEW WEEKS AGO AND WE COULDNT MAKE IT IN AT THE TIME BUT 2 WEEKS LATER IT WAS ALL WORTH IT.
Tony was very helpful in the selection of our car,we drove several vehicles before making our final selection. He made everything go smoothly and we didn't feel rushed.

This was my first time being at a dealership, I did not know what to expect at all. Meeting with Joey Edwards was great. Not knowing the area at all and having to test drive made me nervous, however Joey made the test drive so relaxing with letting me know where to go. I had the most pleasant experience. Everyone was very helpful. Looking over the financing was easy and fast thanks to John. I can truely say this was the greatest experience. I am 100% satisfied!!
Mario is one of the best salesman I've ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he sells and was very patient in answering my multitude of questions. I was very impressed with him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The whole process was painless and extremely professional. Of course I'd always like to get a better price but that did not reflect on Mario. If you visit Park Place, ask for him, I doubt there is anyone better!

Wonderful experience! I seen the car online- sent an inquiry about got a call within 5-10 min. Before I got to the dealer to check out the vehicle it was pulled up and ready to go!! Joey worked his magic and created a deal I couldn't walk from. Overall the experience was wonderful! Everyone at grapevine park place was friendly, helpful and great! I truly enjoy my 2007 BMW 750 that I bought!
