This dealership has made purchasing a vehicle as enjoyable as possible! Not only did we get an amazing deal on the Honda Pilot, we were treated very well throughout the entire process. They had a mis print on the online price but they still honored that....which most dealers wont. Joey did everything he could to get us everything we needed. He even held the car for us until we made up our mind, any other dealership would have sold the car that was in that high of demand! Don was great! He worked with us on multiple occasions never pushing anything on us. He gave us time to think about the decision and feel comfortable with it. Don worked to make sure we go in to the car that was right for us and got us a fair deal on our trade in. He explored the leasing options with us (which we went with) as well as worked with his management to get us a nicer car then we imagined we would be able to get for our money. This is the first Mercedes that my husband and I purchased and it will not be the last. Tim was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and was not at all pushy. In comparison, we purchased a Jeep for my husband within the same time frame and can not say the same thing about our experience at that dealership. We had a great experience working with Kathleen (Kat) Williamson. She was very patient and pleasant to work with as we narrowed down what car we wanted to buy. We were offered a premier experience with service. Kat was great at doing all the leg work for us to accomodate our busy schedules. She also made sure that the process ran smoothly and introduced us to the service manager. We are very pleased and would buy again at Park Place Mercedes.

This is the 4th Mercedes we have purchased from Andrei and Doug starting with an ML 350, GL450, GL550 and now a G550. Jonathan was very pleasant to work with. He was very respectful and tried to be as helpful as he could. When he wasn't sure about a question that I had, he found someone else that could help me. He was not pushy or overbearing. Just right. It was easy to establish a rapport with him. It made my experience at Park Place M-B Grapevine smooth and and stress-free as possible.
