Everyone was very friendly. Phillip Edwards was great. He answered all of my questions. He allowed me to test drive all the cars I was interested in. He really helped me negotiate a great deal. I would highly recommend Phillip to my friends and family.

This is my second Mercedes over 4 years-the first one was with Ewing (Mercedes of Plano) 4 yrs back and what a difference between the overall service and experience this time around. Park Place Grapevine's Internet Sales Manager Corey Bedford was such a pleasure to work with. I told him what my budget was, what I wanted and what I wanted to trade in and explained why I thought that was a reasonable offer. The sales team were very honest when it came to answering all of my questions. They also stuck to trying to selling me what I wanted, not what they had on the lot. In addition, the whole team was very freindly. Lastly, it was a very nice facility, what I would expect from a fine Mercedes-Benz dealership.

For me, buying a car is normally not a good experience; but the experience I had at Park Place was wonderful. They truly work with you - which is not the case at most dealerships. They made buying a car a pleasant experience.

I can't speak highly enough about my car buying experience at Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine. In fact, since I purchased my car yesterday, I've already told several friends about it. Big xxxxxxto Chris Standford and Doug Prince for finding the car that most suited my needs and finding the financing package that was the most helpful to my family and me. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of each decision I had to make regarding the purchase and they gave me the time to come to my decision while still feeing comfortable. Sales staff was professional, easy to work with, and very accomadating. The purchase process was quick and there was very little sale "pressure". If you know the market value of the vehicle you want and make a decent offer, buying a car from this dealer can be an easy process.

I was working with Andy with my previous Mercedes. He introduced me to Philip because I mentioned I wanted to get a new vehicle. Philip and Andy are great guys to work with. This dealership has the best service. I have been to other dealerships and the service at this Mercedes dealership is the best.
