Our salesman Mike was terrific. Not only was his product knowledge excellent but he was able to establish trust with the client. Although Mercedes is a great product I would never by a car from someone I didn't trust or like. Sales profesionals like Mike are key to the long term sales success. I am retired from an international marketing / sales position with Bell Helicopter. Mike meet all my expections of a consumate salesman. Well done. Will no doubt buy from him again should the necessity arise.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. i found that the customer service was great. No one really hounded us as we looked around the certified pre-owned lot. When we were finally ready to speak to the sales agent, he was more than willing to answer any questions we had. They worked with us on the pricing, and we did not feel like we were being taken to the cleaners.

Don was very patience and helpful as we considered several options before we made a decision on a car. He answered all of our questions and made the time spent at the dealership as pleasant as possible. Don gets an A plus along with the other personnel at the dealership.

Philip was a consummate professional. Extremely professional,walked us through the Certified Pre-Owned Guarantee,made us an excellent deal on the car,superior service beginning to end. The service rep is not to blame. I purchased a new 2005 E320 cdi in 2005. I have spent $8000 plus in maintaining my 3 year old vehicle. Two service reps at Park Place Mercedes confirmed I purchased a lemon but Park Place will not stand up to it. Please know my experience with Mercedes has been horrible and the public needs to know the dealership will not honor lemons after the warranty runs out. Consumers beware!
