My husband and I were not planning to purchase a car the day we purchased. It was the team of folks working with us that made the difference. From start to finish the process was a pleasant experience. What I most like about the dealership is that you get a "welcomed" feeling as opposed to the "stuffy" atmosphere that I have experienced at other Mercedes dealership (Dallas). I had a good experience with Don and Park Place. I was clear with what car i was interested in, my payment and option of trade-in. Don did his best to stay within my request. I did not feel pressured or stressed with my purchase. I was a little disappointed with trade in value for my 1998 CL500, but i understood why, it was over 10 yrs and needed minor repairs. Thanks for a stress free experience!

Was in the market for a GLK. I was referred to Kurtis. He made the buyinng process super easy. Followed up with me on all the little things. Got the exact car I wanted at a great price. Brand new dealership. As a Park Place customer, you get free car washes anytime you want!

Mindy was exceptional in converting me from a 2008 lease to a 2012 vehicle. She was persistent that even though my lease had 7-8 months before expiration she could get me in a 2012 at a lease price I would accept.

This is our first Mercedes Benz. We came to Park Place because we heard alot of good things about this place. We were working with David Park. We are very satisfied with the whole entire process. Though the price is a little high and trade in value was lower than we expected but we are very pleased with overall experience. We will come back for sure for an upgrade on the newest vehicle in the next two years.

My wife and I love our E350 and wanted to get another. We requested Don Vaughan because he was great when we dealt with him before. He was great again and I'm sure when our lease is up we will have a great experience dealing with him again.

I have worked with Tony and Andrei over the past couple of weeks to secure the best deal for me. They went above and beyond the normal measures of "car salesmanship" and went out of their way to insure that I got the right vehicle for me. In an age of pushing units and numbers, they treated me like a person and that personal relationship was bar none. I have found a dealership that will take care of me and my family for the future.
