Wow! It's so refreshing to have a dealership treat you as if they are maintaining a relationship beyond a single sale. My husband and I buy a new car each year. I spoke with val extensively on a thursday, made an appointment for the next day. she didn’t show and didn’t even follow up. to say we we are disappointed is an understatement. we will never do business with this dealership again.

I had a written offer from Kelley Blue Book from this dealership. My car was 100% serviced by this dealership during the 3 and 1/2 years I owned it and was in very clean condition only needing tires per my last service there. The dealership reduced the online offer by $8k because they say it needed some tires. I think they were extremely unfair with me and declined there ridiculously offer.
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I brought our G wagon in for service in April with the primary complaint being the parking break gets stuck on so we can not drive it or put it in gear. $2000 later they said that problem was fixed and also sold us on new break pads. We did all the recommended work. Three months later the problem comes back and my wife was stranded in a dangerous part of town with a car that was stuck in park. vehicle was taken to Avondale Mercedes-Benz Collision center June 20, 2024 for repairs. I picked it up on July 16, 2024. On July 17, I discovered the front passenger seat was broken and contacted the dealership on July 18 for a resolution and was lead to believe I was coming back to get the seat repaired. However, the unethical service center manager Doug stated that he had looked at pictures of the car and due to the fact there were small particles of debree on the tracks the cable broke and this could happen at anytime.
