This is your classic 1960's dealership. You test drive the car, get your trade in appraised and they give you a price. Of course the car you are buying is at list price and the trade in is $10,000 under what Kelly Blue Book shows it as. When you balk at the deal, the sales person gets up and gets the 'sales manager'. He is nothing short of thug who tries to intimidate you and bad mouth the many, many things wrong on your trade in, even though in my case it has only 8,000 miles on it and is in superb condition. I purchased a new Mercedes with a sticker of just under 200k . I scheduled to go in for first service last week. I sat in their driveway waiting in a massive line for 45 minutes and then was told to leave and come back late in day be cause they now no longer had a loaner car. So very frustrated I left and came back and again sat outside waiting in line for quite a long time before they got me. Then they told me first service was almost $500.00. One of worst services. 1) brought vehicle in for state One of worst services. 1) brought vehicle in for state inspection and some minor issues. Dropped off on 23rd and on 31st got this lousy update (SA called and said software upgrades were done and all solved but they found a nail in our 2020 GLE and this couldn't pass inspection. 2) SA told wife that after software upgrade, the system showed problem w a tire and on closer inspection found a nail. My Honda dealership has better service! After 10 days in the shop, the dealership called me for a "ride along" so could re-explain the issue. The technician/manager heard the issue and immediately said "that's not right." 5 days later there was still no resolution. Now we are going back 3 months later for them to try more repair attempts and they have asked for another ride-along! Clueless.

Prices are a rip off: $1069.00 to replace a thermostat that costs $200 at Auto Zone; service manager non responsive; took 3 days to fix my car; These people are stealing money from their clients pockets. Had to call 5 times to get anyone to answer me with an update on the diagnosis of the car.

Purchased vehicle from Mercedes of Grapevine on 6/2020 with almost 2000 miles on it, I took it to get serviced as I pre -paid service maintenance , extra coverage for hazard dmg on tires and rims and it was taken to be serviced on 3/2021 they failed to do a tire rotation or advise me that my vehicle needed an alignment , took back on 4/2021 and again they replaced my windshield and some dings they saw on my vehicle and was not advised my vehicle need rotation. Avoid Jordan Lee at all costs. Lied about car being sold after agreeing on price. Immediately tried to upsell me on a new build, with less of a discount than agreed upon price. Claimed vehicle was sold right before he sent the electronic deposit. Said he would contact me if the deal fell through - which of course it did after 3 hours. Friend called the dealership at this time of car being "sold" Connected with other salesman and actually scheduled a test drive for "sold" vehicle. Very sub par for a Mercedes dealership. I took my 2019 GT53 in for service again for the same problem they claimed to have already fixed. I arrived at the dealership to find out someone had changed my appointment time without notifying me. They could not accommodate my original appt bc they ran out of loan cars, so they took the liberty to cancel my appt without notice 30 minutes before I arrived.
