Horrible Customer Service Absolute horrible customer service. They would not answer or return phone calls. Be prepared to be left out in the dark on what is going on with your vehicle. I allowed Park Place to proceed with my insurance claim repairs to replace my convertible soft top that was vandalized. At the time I felt that this was the best option although the cost was approximately 3 times that of an independent body shop and I did not want the car returned with wind noise or water leaks. BAD BAD BAD This place is corrupt. We have 5 Mercedes in our family. There service department is rude obnoxious and lies and is very confrontational. My service adviser was Martin. Raul is in the body shop. They both lie. I took two Mercedes in to service a GL and a ML. Martin lied about the repairs and threatened to charge me if the rental was not returned by a particular time even if i was late by 15 minutes. I have texts from him proving that he dropped the ball. Awful Experience The person did not take the time to listen. I was never given a second key, but I basically was told to prove it. She did not follow up until I called. The customer doesn't matter. You get an experience, but not one of excellence

Don’t waste your time I wouldn’t buy car mats from this dealership. Most arrogant sales organization that I have encountered. Go to MB of Plano and see the difference...

Body Shop Bought my car at Parkplace Grapevine and I give that experience 5 Stars! But when I was hit from behind and took it in for repair...... a completely different experience!! It has now been OVER 2 MONTHS and my car is still held hostage. Thus far, only 3 personal conversations with repair Liason. She blamed the other drivers insurance company...yes, service on both ends less then acceptable. The insurance company took care of their part but Parkplace continues to say one thing and do another. Negligent staff I have taken my E350 twice now. The first time was for knock sensors to be replaced ($2,000). When I picked up my vehicle I noticed a new door ding on the passenger side. Not what I'd expect from a service center that charges a premium price for their service. One year later the car is leaking oil and I take it to the dealership to get fixed ($3,000). Damaged my Car Make sure you do a thorough walk around your car when dropping and picking up your car. I got a 4 inch door ding on the passenger side which Mercedes grapevine dealership refused to take ownership for. The service guy did a full walk around even looked at my tires but claims my car was too dirty to see dings and it was not their fault. Horrible service after purchas Bought my car 6 weeks ago and still don't have my tags. I have left numerous messages with salesman Lance Jenkins and the assistant general manager, can't get to the general manager and no one will return my call. I live 4 hours away so can't just drive over to dealership!

Worst Car purchase experience I had contacted the sales person for detail information on the vehicle for purchase on a Saturday. On the following Monday, I contacted the Sales Person to let him know I wanted to purchase the vehicle but needed some clarifications.
