I have only had this vehicle for 2 days and I've already shared my experience with a dozen friends and colleagues. From the first call to Joey to the final signature on the paperwork with Chris, this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Bassem Masri is a very professional as well as personable sales person. He is astute, knowledgable, caring, and accommodating. Went into the dealership to test drive and price some pre-owned C300s. Was greeted by Bassem at the door, who immediately seemed friendly and very willing to help out. We discussed a couple C300s on the lot, and he went over the options on each and pricing. I decided to test drive an 09 4matic. My wife and I received a direct mail advertisement on your used vehicles. We decided to take a look and Mani showed us everything on the lot that fit our description. Since we were just shopping, we did not purchase until a couple of weeks later. During that time, we were not hassled by anyone at the dealership. This is the 7th or 8th vehicle we have bought from Park Place Mercedes and Doug Prince. Ever time we come in, he gives us attentive service and it's obvious that he cares about our needs. I highly recommend this dealership and Doug Prince, and we send everyone we can to them!

Chris was very helpful for our new purchase of Benz. He understood our needs (mainly budget issues) and tried his hardest to meet them. I felt very supported as if he was truely on my side. I am very happy with my new car that I've never thought that I would own.
