My wife and I were very pleased with the friendliness and relative ease of purchasing our car with Corey Bedford and the rest of the staff at Park Place Grapevine. I give high marks to Park Place of Grapevine because the people there, starting with our sales person, Mani Yassan, were friendly, helpful and straightforward. Happily, the experience did not include any tedious sales "games" that often accompany car purchases.

Russ Amsden was great to deal with. The purchase of my new ML350 was an enjoyable experience. I did not check with your competitors because I knew Russ Amsden and Park Place MB would deal fairly with me. Also, I have been satisfied with the service work received on my previous MB's. Your new facilities are great, plus it's closer to my home.

Fourth car purchased from Robert and Tony and each one has been consistent and excellent. They have always bent over backwards to find the car I'm interested in and deliver it to me in Houston. Other dealerships can learn from these guys. DZM
