Disappointed in the sales tactics now used. Not like Mercedes should be. When you are spending this much money on a car, you should be treated very well and not as another way to make more commission. I've bought from them in the past but won't do so in the future.
I made the mistake of thinking the Internet Sales team at this dealership would give me the lowest price with the least amount of hassle. They quoted me a price that was later undercut by a showroom salesman. Also, the Internet folks offered me much less for my MB trade in than Kelley Blue Book suggested. Again, a showroom salesman offered a better trade value. Still, it wasn't enough to sell me on a new car through them.
