My overall experience at Park Place was very pleasant. The sales team answered all of our questions and the environment was not the typical high pressure sales nonsense that I've had at other auto dealerships. The car we purchased (GLK350) was in our price range and was the best ride for the money. We had test driven 3 other cars of similar value and settled on this model for several reasons: ride, options, looks, price, and trade-in value. My only complaint would be the trade-in process. My experience was one that made me feel I had been treated fairly. My salesperson was very upfront,cordial, professional and knowledgeable. I was given perinent safety information on the car I was purchasing which helped to seal the deal. Not only was I a buying a car that was beautiful but felt it was also safe and came with a reasonable price tag.

Her professonalism, attention to detail, care and friendliness was so apparent from our first meeting to date. Ms Hrebin was so resourceful that when I needed to upgrade my car I looked for her personnally to do business with. I recommend her to all my friends and associates alike for a wonderful car buying experience.

I was introduced to Mr. Najjar a few months ago and was informed that whether i was looking for a new or used car, he was the man to go to. sure enough, I contacted the dealership and spoke to Scott less than two weeks ago and he was able to get me into a car well in my price range. thank you very much for all of the help and I will definitely be recommending Scott and the dealership to everyone i know who is looking for a vehicle.

Bought GLK 350 from Tony over the phone. Told him what I was looking for and he located it very swiftly. Upon locating we worked out the monitary items very easily and to my satisfaction. Shipping the car to me was set up faster than I needed, he was going to delivery on Saturday and I asked if he could wait until the following Monday as I was not going to be available.
