I recently completed the service survey following work done on my 2014 E350. I think I misinterpreted the survey. I want to commend my Service Representative David for the excellent customer service he provided. David kept me updated with the maintenance being done on the car all along the way. He is an excellent employee and an asset to Mercedes of Grapevine. My only beef had to do with the service costs but certainly not the service provided by David.
Bria Harrison was amazing! She helped me find the perfect car! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made my experience very pleasant.

The service at this dealership was outstanding. I had a bad experience from the Parks Place Dealership. Ms. Brai Harrison treated us as important customers. I thank her so much for being their us. We were treated as important individuals. This was my first vehicle that I bought new.
I first started looking for a new car in may 2021 Bria was always so sweet and helpful. It took me a few months to really decide on the perfect car for me. She stayed in contact but I never felt rushed to make a decision. I finally ordered my dream car a few months later and she helped me with every little detail. I am so thankful for her wisdom, grace, and help throughout this experience. I Definitely recommend her and this dealership.
