Great trade in experience! I traded my GTI S for an ES, Omar made sure that I understood the SE's added content and we negotiated a great deal. I was able to drive it home within a few hours on a Saturday. Melanie wrapped up the process by helping me link my iPhone, set radio stations and Sirius, and explaining the new operating features.
