Great Service I have worked with VW of Northampton for several years. As far as service goes, Amber is very informative and easy to work with. She seems engaged and eager to make things go smoothly. That is very much appreciated since Car issues can be stressful to begin with.

Up front and fair Sean, Jason and Greg are a great team. No one tried to up sell me. Everyone gave good advice and they were upfront and clear about options and alternatives. I feel like I got a great price (as evidenced by the fact that another dealer couldn't match it) and then, they went above and beyond that with a better deal on financing and met me half way on an option. Garret Erwin My experience was excellent. Everything was explained. The salesperson and staff answered all questions. They bent over backwards to give me a very pleasant experience in buying one of their beautiful cars. Just to joke a little bit, cars are too expensive ha ha.

Replacing our totaled jetta My husband and I leased a 2017 Jetta at the end of last year. Unfortunately my husband crashed and totaled it just a few months later. Luckily he was okay. We returned to Northampton Volkswagen to lease another. Amber was glad to see us but understanding of the circumstances. Amazing Sales & Manager & overall excellent experience! Jason was a great salesperson to work with along with the manager on that day. It was presidents day weekend and they were busy but we never felt rushed! I absolutely love my new VW ! The only complaints come after..we found a few dents in the hood..which they offered to take care of..the rental was over an hour later then they said & we had to return the rental with full tank but the gas used in my car was not returned.. just seemed unfair..could also see the marks in ... read more
