At the night Jetta life I just bought a brand new Jetta from omar, not one single problem, it quick and easy thanks Northampton Vw and if you need a car go see omar.
Resolving issues I was billed by VW Credit for over mileage on my 2014 Jetta. However, Northampton VW had taken the car in trade. I no longer owned it. I was not informed by Northampton VW that I would be responsible for any over mileage due after the trade in. After a few calls to Jason and Fred; the issue was resolved.
Easy. Employees go out of their way to help. my salesperson came in on her day off to finalize my new car purchase. Everyone from the receptionist to the people in the service department was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable
An excellent experience! I've had my '06 Jetta serviced here since the dealership opened, but this is my first time buying a car here. Great experience! pre-owned VW purchase I purchased a pre-owned 2013 VW Beetle Convertible from Northampton VW on 12/3/2016. Everything went perfectly, from the initial inquiry with Shawn the Internet Coordinator, to Gregory and Jason in Sales, Chris in Financing, to the 2 gentleman who delivered the car to me in NH. Great service and excellent workers My family has now bought 3 Jettas from this dealership. The service department is easy to work with and reasonably priced. The saleswoman Amber is incredibly helpful and made this experience absolutely painless. She even came in on her day off to do the final paperwork. Wonderful place and awesome workers!
there is VW life after diesel I loved my Golf TDI, and the only other VW I could imagine owning was the Golf R. To say the Golf R is hard to find and harder to buy is an understatement. But sales rep. Omar Ali worked with me over the course of weeks and found one . There are horror stories on the web about other dealers pitting customers against each other in bidding wars for these cars. That was not my experience at Northampton VW.
