An excellent experience! I've had my '06 Jetta serviced here since the dealership opened, but this is my first time buying a car here. Great experience! pre-owned VW purchase I purchased a pre-owned 2013 VW Beetle Convertible from Northampton VW on 12/3/2016. Everything went perfectly, from the initial inquiry with Shawn the Internet Coordinator, to Gregory and Jason in Sales, Chris in Financing, to the 2 gentleman who delivered the car to me in NH. Great service and excellent workers My family has now bought 3 Jettas from this dealership. The service department is easy to work with and reasonably priced. The saleswoman Amber is incredibly helpful and made this experience absolutely painless. She even came in on her day off to do the final paperwork. Wonderful place and awesome workers!

there is VW life after diesel I loved my Golf TDI, and the only other VW I could imagine owning was the Golf R. To say the Golf R is hard to find and harder to buy is an understatement. But sales rep. Omar Ali worked with me over the course of weeks and found one . There are horror stories on the web about other dealers pitting customers against each other in bidding wars for these cars. That was not my experience at Northampton VW. Great service This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They were not the typical pushy, aggressive salesmen. Elvis helped me find a vehicle that suits me best. I told him exactly what I needed and what was in my price range, which he respected, and lead me the way. Great sale Had pleasant experience test-driving a golf, low pressure sales. Got a call back after a month letting us know of terrific deal on similar car, came back and bought it. Time taken from return to dealership, test drive, decision and to make purchase do paperwork was ~3 hours. Seems fair.

Over all good experience I really appreciated the effort to get me finically into my vehicle. I also loved the way I was given a complete tour and guide of the new car and I learned a couple of new things that i never knew about the Jetta and I have had 3. Great work.
