Great service This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They were not the typical pushy, aggressive salesmen. Elvis helped me find a vehicle that suits me best. I told him exactly what I needed and what was in my price range, which he respected, and lead me the way. Great sale Had pleasant experience test-driving a golf, low pressure sales. Got a call back after a month letting us know of terrific deal on similar car, came back and bought it. Time taken from return to dealership, test drive, decision and to make purchase do paperwork was ~3 hours. Seems fair.
Over all good experience I really appreciated the effort to get me finically into my vehicle. I also loved the way I was given a complete tour and guide of the new car and I learned a couple of new things that i never knew about the Jetta and I have had 3. Great work.
Bent over backwards Wish I started with these guys, I started with another dealer and th y s arched for 3 weeks and found nothing. I called these guys and they had a car for me in an hour and a half. Then met my impossible time frame and deadlines. Awesome customer service
Great Service- Thank you Ross! Came in for an inspection, knowingly had check engine light on- needed diagnostic test! Ross did an exceptional job explaining everything and really making me feel as though I was important and it isn't always about the money, although I spent much more than I was intending, my car is now back to like new! My Bluetooth was not working on my car, it still isn't, but Ross had not only one but two other employees come out and try to help- didn't succeed but the effort was appreciated! Went the extra mile I spent a lot of time here in the span of a week, and my sales rep Keith went above and beyond to put me in a car. He remembered exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and he never forgot, I only said it once and it stuck. Keith and the rest at Northampton Volkswagen kept at it and made sure that I'd be driving away in a car at a good price and never kept any info from me, everything was above board and honest. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
a few suggestions It is obvious that Northampton Volkswagen is in a growth period and as such has much to learn especially in the customer service arena. while our experience was overall positive, there were few areas where our comments might help to make future sales more pleasant. First, you attempted to harpoon our cash sale decision by saying "no-one pays cash anymore" this I believe was an attempt to have us finance and thus make more for VW. Purchasing a New VW GTI Autobaum Perf PKG The Staff of Omar Ali, Gregory Bansfield, Linda Howe and Christopher Patrick were extremely wonderful to work with. All four were very professional, and were willing to meet me half way. I will recommend to purchase a vehicle from them at any time. I spoke with Carla C on a previous purchase.
