Great Experience at Northampton VW I had an excellent experience with this dealership. The salesman was responsive and focused on helping me get the car I wanted. I appreciate not feeling hustled as a customer. The internet technician was patient and helpful in supporting my learning about the car's features. Finance was straight forward and clear. In the past, with a previous VW, I had excellent service.

Resolving issues I was billed by VW Credit for over mileage on my 2014 Jetta. However, Northampton VW had taken the car in trade. I no longer owned it. I was not informed by Northampton VW that I would be responsible for any over mileage due after the trade in. After a few calls to Jason and Fred; the issue was resolved.
