Replacing our totaled jetta My husband and I leased a 2017 Jetta at the end of last year. Unfortunately my husband crashed and totaled it just a few months later. Luckily he was okay. Amazing Sales & Manager & overall excellent experience! Jason was a great salesperson to work with along with the manager on that day. It was presidents day weekend and they were busy but we never felt rushed! I absolutely love my new VW ! The only complaints come after..we found a few dents in the hood..which they offered to take care of..the rental was over an hour later then they said & we had to return the rental with full tank but the gas used in my car was not returned.. just seemed unfair..could also see the marks in ... read more

Great Experience at Northampton VW I had an excellent experience with this dealership. The salesman was responsive and focused on helping me get the car I wanted.
