Fantastic service, fast and easy! Let me start out by saying that the entire crew over at northampton volkswagen worked very hard to get me into a new vehicle. Amber was absolutely wonderful and very personable and professional. She made sure to go over everything with me while being upfront and honest. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

Very nice - not pushy Like everyone, I'm skeptical of car dealerships! But I had a really good experience here. I dealt with Keith Natale and Elvis Cangieter. Both very nice, not pushy. They were very helpful, but allowed me space to make decisions. They didn't seem desperate to just get a sale, which absolutely made me feel more confident in dealing with each of them. If I have a good experience with the car itself, I would absolutely return to this dealership... and ask for them.

New Diesel VW Initially some communication issues (returning phone calls) but they were able to get me into a new, street legal 2015 diesel Golf Sportwagon with a minimum of fuss or turmoil. Excellent People and Service! I was looking to buy a newer car and this dealership had one that I was interested in. I was greeted by Keith and we took the car out for a test drive. Buying vs. Sellling Omar Ali didn't try to sell me a car; he helped me buy one. That was the biggest difference between him and any salesman in any car dealership I've ever encountered. He has my highest recommendation, and it is without qualification of any kind.
