New Diesel VW Initially some communication issues (returning phone calls) but they were able to get me into a new, street legal 2015 diesel Golf Sportwagon with a minimum of fuss or turmoil. Excellent People and Service! I was looking to buy a newer car and this dealership had one that I was interested in. I was greeted by Keith and we took the car out for a test drive. Great trade in experience! I traded my GTI S for an ES, Omar made sure that I understood the SE's added content and we negotiated a great deal. I was able to drive it home within a few hours on a Saturday. Melanie wrapped up the process by helping me link my iPhone, set radio stations and Sirius, and explaining the new operating features. She really knows the details! All in all, a very easy, open and quick process. Northampton Volkswagen makes it easy to be a repeat customer. I am now 3 for 3.
